Pratik Singh — Frontend Architect — 12+ yrs
Building systems that ship fast, scale clean, and hold up under real traffic.
I turn ambiguous product goals into durable frontend systems: clear rendering boundaries, reusable UI foundations, and teams that can keep shipping without slowing down.
Profile / System context
I'm a Frontend Architect and engineering leader with 12+ years of experience building and scaling high-performance, user-centric web applications across enterprise, SaaS, and AI-native domains.
My focus sits at the intersection of frontend architecture, rendering strategy, and team leadership — choosing the right Next.js rendering model per route, standing up design systems that hold up across product verticals, and setting the engineering standards a team actually follows.
Lately that includes AI-native interfaces: conversational UIs where agent responses drive dynamic rendering, structured-output pipelines, and the engineering standards for reviewing AI-generated code responsibly.

Selected work

Multi-Agent AI System
A team of AIs, thinking together.
Turned opaque AI research into an inspectable agent workflow with live execution state, manual checkpoints, reruns, citations, and exportable reports.
A guided multi-agent research assistant. A goal goes in, a planner breaks it into discrete tasks, a research router grounds each one in web or reasoning, and a writer/critic loop turns the result into a cited, polished report — running entirely on local LLMs via Ollama.
- Role
- Frontend architecture, agent workflow design, product UI, and local inference integration
- Technical bet
- A streamed, checkpointed agent graph would build more trust than a conventional chat interface.

Product Studio
AI-powered UX design for teams that ship.
Built an AI product studio that moves from brief to blueprint, deterministic UX audit, and exportable artifacts in one guided workflow.
A browser-based UX studio: generate structured page blueprints with AI, audit them against real WCAG and readability heuristics, and export production-ready design specs — without leaving the tab.
- Role
- Product architecture, AI workflow design, design-system modeling, and UX audit implementation
- Technical bet
- Pairing generative agents with deterministic HTML audits would make AI page output more shippable.

Fluxion
BPMN workflows at Rust speed.
Gave a Rust BPMN workflow engine an operator console for deployment, inspection, task action, and observability.
Fluxion is an early-stage BPMN 2.0 workflow engine and HTTP service written in Rust, with an embedded workflow console for process deployment, graph inspection, task operations, metrics, and API review.
- Role
- Developer-tool UX, embedded console design, workflow visualization, and operational surface architecture
- Technical bet
- An embedded operations UI would make a workflow engine easier to evaluate than API docs alone.
Bring the thorny frontend thing. I'll bring a sharper path to ship it.
Architecture, product UX, AI-native workflows, performance, design systems. The fun usually starts where the ticket gets vague.
